CAMPANHA DA FRATERNIDADE :
For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers description of the human condition, marked by sin, and yet saved by the grace of Christ in human experience that brings the healing power of the Holy Spirit. The CF this year brings to our consideration the grave situation of our planet, our home, suffering from the effects of a predatory exploitation of natural resources. “the creation was subjected to futility - not by his will, but by the will of Him who subjected - in the hope it will also be freed from slavery to corruption into the glorious liberty of the sons of God. “
The groaning of creation appears today in the deterioration of the environment, a consequence of exploitation and careless, often grasping the planet’s resources, as we shall reflect on this campaign of brotherhood. Lent is time to confront Jesus with the temptations that lie at the root of all evil born of human decisions.
